As a key member of the Development Leadership Team, you will lead a talented fundraising organization, steward significant donor relationships, and drive innovative strategies that expand our reach, deepen our impact, and ensure long-term sustainability. Drive revenue growth through major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, foundation support, special events, and endowment development. Help diversify philanthropic investments and identify innovative funding opportunities.Inspire Donors and PartnersManage and cultivate relationships with high-capacity donors and philanthropic leaders. Engage corporations, foundations, community influencers, and strategic partners around the CHS mission. Serve as a trusted ambassador and storyteller for the organization throughout Florida. Develop High-Performing TeamsLead, coach, and inspire a team of development professionals committed to excellence and impact. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
