TikTok Shop & Creator Partnerships Manager About the Role Gorilla Energy Drink is hiring a TikTok Shop & Creator Partnerships Manager to build and manage our creator-powered sales engine across multiple brands. You will own TikTok Shop affiliate operations, recruit and support creators, and build an active creator community across Trybe and Discord. The role will initially focus on Gorilla Energy Drink and will expand to support multiple consumer brands. We are looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with hands-on TikTok Shop expertise. You should be comfortable getting creators excited, managing a large volume of relationships, and working in the details of outreach, commissions, campaigns, budgets, and performance data. What You’ll Do Own day-to-day TikTok Shop management, including affiliate campaigns, commissions, promotions, sample requests, budgets, and store health Use TikTok Shop and automated outreach tools to identify, recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates Manage creator communication and build strong relationships with high-potential and top-performing creators Own our creator programs and communities across Trybe and Discord Keep creators engaged through regular communication, content examples, challenges, recognition, and new opportunities Create reward systems, contests, bonuses, and other incentives that encourage creators to post consistently and drive sales Review creator content, identify winning videos and hooks, and provide useful feedback and guidance Track affiliate GMV, active creators, content volume, sample-to-post rate, commissions, and program profitability Build repeatable systems that can eventually support creator programs across multiple brands What We’re Looking For Direct experience managing TikTok Shop for a consumer brand, agency, or portfolio of brands Experience recruiting and managing TikTok Shop affiliates or creators Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Affiliate Center, commissions, samples, campaigns, and reporting Experience with Trybe, Discord, or similar creator and community platforms Strong understanding of TikTok content and what drives product sales Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using outreach automation, creator-management tools, and performance dashboards Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment What Success Looks Like TikTok Shop operations are successfully managed in-house The number of active affiliates, creator videos, and Shop sales grows consistently Creators are engaged and supported through Trybe and Discord Incentive programs generate measurable increases in content and sales We have a repeatable creator-growth playbook that can expand across brands #J-18808-Ljbffr Gorilla Energy Drink
