TikTok Shop - Business Development and Partnership Manager (Collectibles)

You will identify where partnerships can unlock growth for the category, shape the partnership models, and drive deals from first conversation to signature.Responsibilities:- Build and grow partnerships across the collectibles ecosystem, including trade show organizers, manufacturers, IP owners and grading companies such as PSA- Negotiate and close deals end to end, from first outreach to signed contract- Bring new brands, licensed products and exclusive releases onto TikTok Shop- Represent TikTok Shop at major collectibles and pop culture events- Business development at events and trade showsMinimum Qualification(s):- 2+ years in business development, channel partnerships or licensing, with a track record of closing deals on your own- Working knowledge of collectibles, TCG, designer toys, anime or consumer products, and the basics of licensing and distribution- Results-driven and self-starting, comfortable finding resources and pushing deals forward in a fast-moving environment- Hungry, persistent and resilient: you don't take no for an answer, you find another way in, and you see deals through to the finish- Willing to travel often and attend weekend trade showsPreferred Qualification(s):- Existing relationships with trade show organizers, IP licensing teams, or card manufacturers- A collector yourself, with a feel for market demand and pricingReq ID: A13454
