Back of House Supervisor

Qualifications

Monitoring all BOH restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and customer service
Reviewing document to assess the quality of restaurant operations
Communicating with kitchen staff and overseeing kitchen workflow
Ability to motivate team members
Strong communication skills

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a full-service, casual dining concept
Proven record of stability and upward mobility
