Huntersville, NC First 90 days fully on-site; thereafter 3 days/week in-office requiredWHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT
Own strategic sourcing across a broad portfolio of indirect spend categories Deliver validated savings, optimize commercial agreements, and mitigate contractual and operational risk Build and execute category strategies aligned to enterprise financial targets Lead complex negotiations and contract redlining across high-value supplier agreements Develop TCO models and financial analyses that inform executive decision-making Deliver structured updates to leadership on pipeline performance and value realization Drive supplier governance, holding vendors accountable to performance and contract terms Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with enterprise priorities Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risk across the supplier baseTHE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 7–10 years of progressive strategic sourcing or procurement experience Experience in the area of logistics is a strong plus Demonstrated success leading sourcing initiatives with measurable financial impact Strong contract negotiation and redlining capability Strong Excel skills and financial modeling and spend analysis experience Executive communication and stakeholder influence High accountability, grit, and operational intensity #J-18808-Ljbffr AccruePartnersVacancy posted 1 day ago
