Office Coordinator - Part Time

Office Coordinator / Property Manager Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, greet and direct occasional visitors Organize project-related documentation Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing project related emails & documents Office supply monitoring/ordering, including kitchen & bathrooms Coordinate company/employee lunches, events, travel Maintain indoor & outdoor building operations Manage repairs, cleaning, security, telephone, utilities, pest control, landscaping, snow removal Manage tenant requests Assist Human Resources with employee benefits, recruiting & hiring, etc. Assist Accounting with accounts payable, lien waiver fulfillment, etc.Assist Project Management with project setup in system, track RFIs/change orders, etc. Apply for/track company and employee professional licenses Assist MKA (related company) with customer orders/inventory Maintain company website/marketing materials Miscellaneous administrative duties (sort mail, lunchroom clean-up, notary public, copy paper restocking, etc.) Qualifications General Office Experience - telephone skills, typing, attention to detail, administrative writing skills, time management, dependability, flexibility (occasional responsibilities arise outside scheduled hours), sensitivity to confidential matters MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) #J-18808-Ljbffr KAD Staffing
