• Annual Salary: $65,000-$80,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Company Bar’s General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of a high-volume restaurant and bar. This role oversees all front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a positive, accountable team culture.

The General Manager sets the tone for hospitality, operational excellence, and service consistency across multiple dayparts.
