Meet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by Senior Care Partners PACE and approved by CMS before working independently.Must be knowledgeable of current medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing medical practices.Work EnvironmentHas a visible presence while working in the center and is subject to frequent interruptions.Has a working presence in the community and is involved with participants, family members, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions/circumstances.Works beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.Participates in an on-call rotationSubject to callback during emergency conditions (e.g., severe weather, evacuation, disaster, etc.).Minimum Working RequirementsMust have reliable transportation, current valid Michigan driver's license and car insurance.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must be fully vaccinated, or willing to be fully vaccinated against the following communicable diseases: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19 and Hepatitis B.Additional RequirementsMust be fully vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated against: Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis BMust meet CMS competency standards prior to working independentlyComfortable working in varied home environments and all weather conditionsJoin Us!If you're ready to do meaningful work in a place where you feel you truly belong, where partnership drives every interaction, and where excellence and ownership guide how we care for our participants and one another, we invite you to apply.
