TLs support performance success in partnershipwith our Assistant General Managers and General Managers by leading the teamdaily, promoting a positive work environment, and delivering on our commitmentsto our guests. TLs work collaboratively with teams by delegating routines andimportant tasks, ensuring standards are executed, and support the training anddevelopment of other Team Members.
