Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Process Consultant role based in Delhi, OH. The Process Consultant will guide clients through end‑to‑end immigration procedures, including initial assessments, documentation review, and application preparation. Responsibilities include explaining process steps and timelines, maintaining accurate case records, coordinating with internal teams and external authorities, and ensuring all applications meet regulatory requirements. The role involves regular client meetings, handling inquiries, identifying process improvements, and supporting service quality standards. The Process Consultant is expected to adhere to company policies, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and contribute to a positive, professional client experience. Qualifications Strong client‑facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex procedures in simple terms. Process and documentation management skills, with attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in handling client files and compliance requirements. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess client eligibility, identify risks, and recommend appropriate immigration pathways. Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across offices, as well as relevant external stakeholders. Proficiency in common office software and digital tools for case tracking, reporting, and secure document management. Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or a related compliance‑focused field is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as law, business, international relations, or social sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
