• Desk deals, T.O. deals,
• Motivate sales staff to perform to their potential
• Track daily and monthly goals
• Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, career minded personality with an expertise in developing relationships
• Experience creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent customer service
• A proven track record of at least 3-5 years of automotive Sales management experience is a must
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license with good driving record

Required Experience:

• 2 Years minimum sales manager experience

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Experience:

• Automotive Sales Management: 2 years (Required)
