Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Document and track customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer needs. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in a customer service or related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
