Compensation: Commission only; no guaranteed base salary or hourly wage

Duanelux LLC is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to represent Verizon and Frontier telecommunications services throughout the Bradenton and Sarasota area. In this field-based role, you will meet customers face-to-face, identify their communication needs, and recommend suitable internet, wireless, and related solutions.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and professional development to help you strengthen your sales, communication, customer-service, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage professionally with customers in assigned local territories

• Explain available internet, wireless, and communication solutions

• Recommend services based on customers’ needs

• Represent Duanelux and its partners with integrity and positive energy

• Participate in coaching, team meetings, and development activities

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Apply feedback and take ownership of your professional growth

Qualifications

• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Positive, professional, and coachable

• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willing to travel throughout assigned local territories

• Able to work independently and contribute to a team

• Sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required

Compensation and Growth

This is a commission-only position with no guaranteed base salary or hourly wage. Earnings depend on individual sales performance and may vary from week to week. The full commission structure, payment schedule, and performance expectations will be explained during the interview process.

Advancement and increased earning potential may be available based on performance, consistency, skill development, and readiness to take on additional responsibilities. No specific earnings or advancement timeline is guaranteed.
