Technical Product Manager - Fraud & Policy

Job Title: Technical Product Manager Fraud & Policy

Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Own fraud and abuse product roadmap, requirements, features, and launch execution.
Identify country-specific fraud risks and translate them into scalable product controls.
Partners with Engineering, Risk, Policy, Operations, Payments, Analytics, and Customer Service.
Drive UAT, test scenarios, defect triage, control validation, and launch readiness.
Define fraud metrics, dashboards, monitoring, escalation workflows, and operational processes.
Manage customer fraud/abuse notification templates and policy-aligned communications.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Risk, Technology, or related areas.
Strong experience in product requirements, roadmap strategy, prioritization, and feature delivery.
Experience working directly with Engineering/technical teams.
Fraud, abuse, risk, payments, Trust & Safety, or marketplace experience preferred.
Experience with data/analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, QuickSight, or Excel.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
