Human Resources Manager

Primary Functions: Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employment Law and Compliance, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Payroll & HR Systems Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manage staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding Ensure job descriptions are current and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand and have resources to complete their job responsibilities Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date Benefits administration including work compensation, unemployment, and CO FAMLI claims Investigates employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team Maintain company organization charts and employee directory Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives Conduct performance and salary reviews Design and implement employee retention strategies Implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures Develop/maintain Employee Handbook and ensure all company policies are applied consistently Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations Supports every Hansen department and project, efficiently and effectively, furthering the company’s values. Develop and maintain employee recognition program Perform additional assignments as requested/needed. Travel Requirements: Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience: Four-year degree in human resources related field Minimum 5 years experience in related field with background in recruiting Strong understanding of Federal, State and local labor regulations affecting the industry and their effects on the company PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications desired Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Willingness to multi-task and work a flexible schedule as needed FLSA Classification: Exempt #J-18808-Ljbffr
