Qualifications High performer with 3‑5 years experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or physics (preferred). Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework. Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, action‑oriented, ready to take increased responsibility for client matters. Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication; sound legal and business knowledge working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients on ongoing matters.
