What You’ll Do Provide personal care and companionship Assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and hygiene Participate in fun, engaging recreational activities Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families Support each individual’s physical and emotional well-being Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) Current auto insurance Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professionalism and calmness in high-stress situations Why Join Saint Joe’s?
