Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Overview Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice to provide care in Crescent, Pennsylvania. This is an ongoing, 40‑hour per week staff position with 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans. Support patients in Coraopolis, PA and surrounding areas. Participate in a team‑based environment to provide high‑quality patient care. Qualifications Registered Nursing license in the state of practice. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to patient locations. Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. Self‑management skills for time and schedule. Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
