Accounts Receivable Officer Location: Ausreo Head Office – Wetherill Park Job Type: Permanent – Full Time Company: Ausreo is Australia's leading independent manufacturer and supplier of concrete reinforcing products to the building and construction industry. Job Summary: Join our Accounts Receivable team reporting to the National Credit Manager. You will play a key role within daily accounts management, ensuring accurate and efficient processing and monitoring of incoming payments. Responsibilities: Responsible for credit applications and customer maintenance. Liaise with sales personnel and customers to ensure correct details, submit for insurance cover, and review all required documentation. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries. Process all customer payments onto the accounts. Complete all banking – EFT, credit card and cheque processing. Qualifications & Competencies: At least one year’s experience in an accounts receivable, banking or credit control function. Ability to build relationships and negotiate at all levels. Highly developed communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel. Commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to multitask, manage people and systems, and meet deadlines. The role requires Australian Citizenship or legal Work Rights, and the successful candidate will undergo a pre‑employment medical assessment and National Police Check.
