Shifts will vary based on operational and client coverage needs. Candidates must be available to work morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as needed. Position Overview Allstate Security is seeking dependable and professional Flex Security Officers to provide coverage at various client locations throughout the Los Angeles area. We are looking for officers who have open availability, are ready to work when called upon, and can be counted on to fill open shifts as coverage needs arise. This position requires flexibility, reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different client sites and assignments. Flex Officers may be assigned to various locations and must be comfortable working different schedules based on operational needs.
