About the Role
The Company is in search of a new Executive Director to lead its community development organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with preserving and building upon the organization's strong community trust, leading a complex housing and development portfolio, and strengthening organizational staffing capacity. This role is pivotal in diversifying revenue and enhancing financial sustainability, as well as clarifying and advancing strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to neighborhood-based community development, strong financial management expertise, and a proven track record in securing funding. They should be entrepreneurial, adaptable, and possess exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills. Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and a deep respect for the communities served, including a focus on equity and resident leadership, are essential.
