Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist to drive adoption of cardiovascular medicines among healthcare providers in the Philadelphia region. The role combines scientific expertise with field-based customer engagement, building credibility with physicians and stakeholders while executing territory sales plans.

Responsibilities

Promote approved BMS cardiovascular product indications to meet assigned sales targets in defined territory
Conduct in-office presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare providers on label-consistent information
Build and maintain relationships with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians as primary contact
Develop comprehensive territory and account plans using analytics tools to inform engagement strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with medical support and other field teams to enhance customer experience

Requirements

Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare sales, medical affairs, or nursing
Ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
Proven track record building customer credibility and meeting sales goals
Cardiovascular disease experience preferred
Strong account management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Field-based field work capacity in Philadelphia region
