Here goes the Job Description: Job Title Network Operations Analyst Job Location: Bessemer, AL Job Type: Contract (18 months) Rate: Negotiable Required Skills: 3+ years network operations experience. Tracking inventory, installs, and decommissions during major technology refresh project. Interfacing with data center inventory management system and corporate asset management team to insure accuracy of both systems as equipment changes are made. Scheduling equipment shipping and receiving, and oversight of change management, access security, and related management policies. Performs second level diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution for intermediate to complex data or voice communication network issues. Recommends, costs and implements network solutions to support business needs and solve customer problems. Orders, tests, certifies, installs and configures new and upgraded network hardware and software. Coordinates and implements move/add/change service requests.
