About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Digital Platforms in the Latin America region. The successful candidate will be a seasoned product leader with a strong background in corporate digital platforms and a deep understanding of the Latin American market. This role is pivotal in driving the regional digital strategy and execution agenda, with a focus on positioning the company's digital solutions as the best in the region for corporate and institutional clients. The SVP will be responsible for defining and leading the digital platforms strategy, setting the roadmap for the company's digital solutions, and ensuring their competitive and regulatory compliance across the region. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, digital platforms, corporate treasury solutions, or related fields, with a proven track record of success. The role requires a leader who can influence and drive alignment across a large, complex, and matrixed global organization, and who has the executive presence to engage with senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include driving the adoption and revenue growth of digital platforms, overseeing market and regulatory delivery requirements, and fostering a culture of innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, experience in managing product P&L, and a strategic approach to business outcomes. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with proficiency in Portuguese being a strong plus.
