Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – Valley‑Wide (1099 Contractor) Location: Valley‑Wide (Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, & surrounding areas) Setting: Hybrid (Clinic‑Based & Home Health) Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Empower Voices. We are looking for passionate, Arizona‑licensed Speech‑Language Pathologists who want the clinical freedom of a contractor role backed by the reputation and client‑base of a premier local provider. Competitive Contractor Compensation Direct Therapy: $75.00 / hour Evaluations: $120.00 / hour SLPA Supervision: $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided) Why Contract with AACT? Supervision Incentives: Earn additional income by mentoring the next generation of SLPAs. Responsibilities Assess & Evaluate: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency. Tailored Therapy: Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21). Collaborate: Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home. Mentor: Provide high‑quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems. Qualifications Education: Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Licensure: Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP). Experience: Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred. Mobility: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home‑based services.
