Assess, triage, and manage patients requiring emergency interventions (including cardiac and neurologic presentations). Administer and monitor care involving critical care drips/titration as applicable to ED workflow. Support critical assessment and care for time-sensitive conditions (e.g. stroke requiring interventions). Perform and monitor essential therapies and procedures (as within scope and training), including management of lines/drains and related equipment. Document care accurately in Meditech Expanse and ensure appropriate medication administration via Pyxis . Participate in required onboarding/competency steps, including compliance items required prior to assignment. What You Need Required Active RN license 2 years ED experience required BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS CPI or MOAB Ability to complete required EKG competency exam prior to arrival (including MedSurg RN hires, as applicable) Preferred Experience managing high-acuity ED populations and emergency interventions Comfort with cardiac rhythm interpretation and ED critical care monitoring (within scope) About the Assignment This assignment is for a high-acuity Emergency Room environment at a leading facility in City, State .
