Production Worker

St. Louis Precision is seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to cast metal parts according to specifications. We are looking for workers to start in our cleaning room but also have opportunities in the molding and melt departments. As a Production worker you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes. Responsibilities Operate foundry equipment such as furnaces, grinders, and molding machines Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance and safety. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a foundry or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment. Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
