Case Manager — Housing & Tenant Support

CAMBA is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for Putnam Court in Brooklyn. You will build professional relationships, conduct intake, assess needs, create independent living plans, coordinate services, and document progress for reporting cycles. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will advocate for tenants, connect them to resources, ensure confidentiality, and participate in case conferences.
