Case Manager - Tenant Resources & Housing Programs

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is seeking a Community Associate to support the Division of Tenant & Owner Resources in HOME TBRA and related rental subsidy programs. The role focuses on case management, eligibility screening, and customer service for applicants and participants. You will work with diverse stakeholders, help prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with HUD rules.
