The Opportunity We are seeking a hands-on IT Technician to support our endodontic practices in the greater Dallas area. This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys working in the field, solving technical challenges, and supporting healthcare teams across multiple locations. Candidates must live in the Dallas- Fort Worth area, as frequent travel to local practice sites is a core part of this role. What You’ll Do Serve as frontline IT support for onsite and remote users across multiple practice locations Monitor and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and applications Support Microsoft environments including Windows 11, Active Directory/Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server Assign users and devices to appropriate groups and permissions Monitor antivirus and security solutions and resolve related issues Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses Perform hands‑on technical work at practice locations, such as running/organizing cable, mounting equipment, and basic infrastructure installation.
