About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Creator Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the creator economy, leading the development and execution of sophisticated creator strategies that drive business and brand impact. This role demands a senior marketing leader with a deep understanding of talent partnerships, social platforms, and integrated marketing, particularly within consumer-facing categories such as CPG, food and beverage, and financial services. The SVP will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for creator marketing, advising executive-level clients, and leading large-scale, integrated campaigns. A key aspect of the role is the ability to navigate the unique considerations of creator marketing within highly regulated or reputation-sensitive industries, ensuring a balance between creative opportunity and brand safety. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. The role requires a leader who can seamlessly transition between vision and execution, driving innovation and commercial success within the creator marketing space. The ideal candidate will have an established network of senior relationships across the creator ecosystem and a strong commercial orientation, with experience in growing client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities. Advanced knowledge of creator marketing technologies, platforms, and best practices is essential, as is the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI. The SVP will also be expected to play a leadership role in new business, shaping the company's thought leadership, and contributing to its reputation as a leader in the marketplace.
