Fund Accounting Manager

Beacon Hill is partnering with a financial services organization in Manhattan to bring an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to their team. This role will oversee fund accounting operations, support financial reporting processes, manage fund liquidity activities, and collaborate with third-party administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day fund accounting and operational activities for multiple investment entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. Serve as a key liaison with third-party administrators, auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and investors to support financial reporting, audits, tax filings, and operational requests. Oversee capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, partnership accounting, and limited partner communications. Monitor fund liquidity and treasury activities, including cash forecasting, wire transfers, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and credit facility administration. Review and analyze financial statements, fund performance data, investment information, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making. Maintain portfolio and fund reporting systems, dashboards, financial models, and analytical tools while supporting valuation, due diligence, and investment-related reporting initiatives. Perform ad hoc financial analyses, process improvement projects, and special assignments to support finance leadership, investment professionals, and broader organizational objectives.
