What You'll Do

• Travel regionally by company vehicle to various nursing homes, home care facilities, prisons, and processing sites
• Perform high-quality, diagnostically accurate ultrasounds using portable sonographic equipment
• Digitally transmit images to radiologists for interpretation
• Verify patient identity with two identifiers before procedures
• Ensure orders are accurate and match requisitions before completing exams
• Maintain and troubleshoot sonography equipment and vehicle in excellent condition
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, facility staff, and colleagues
• Participate in training and mentoring other technologists as needed
• Follow all safety, infection control, and professional standards

What You Need

• Required: ARDMS certification, valid medical license, reliable transportation
• Experience: Previous ultrasound experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn required
• Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, basic computer skills, strong attention to detail
• Preferred: Experience in mobile imaging, regional travel knowledge
