Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient care in a 15-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. The RN will ensure proper nursing practices and maintain high standards of patient care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Patient Transfers
• Bladder Scans
• Dressing Changes
• Medication Administration
• Conduct hourly rounding and ensure bed alarm activation

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN Licensure
• BLS Certification
• Transfer training and EMR proficiency required
• Preferred: Rehab experience and familiarity with rehab scoring documentation
