Responsibilities Working on all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal Conducting legal research and writing memoranda Drafting complex case analyses and preparing briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Conducting, propounding, and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions) Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel Position Requirements Personal skills/attributes Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills Dedicated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic Superior organizational and time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, adversaries, and courts Strong commitment to client service and responsiveness Excellent interpersonal, networking, and business development skills Collaborative mindset and appreciation for teamwork Technical skills 3-5 years of complex and sophisticated business litigation experience Strong writing skills Level‑appropriate direct experience handling clients and opposing counsel Excellent oral advocacy skills Deposition and court experience preferred Previous law firm experience preferred Experience or interest in class actions, financial litigation, privacy litigation, or real estate litigation is ideal Other requirements Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and be in good standing Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and at least one writing sample Equal Opportunity Employer Equal opportunities Dentons US LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Disability/Vet.
