• Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments and consultations

Work Location: In person Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license Active auto insurance Has reliable transportation for field work Authorized to work in the United States Able to travel within Houston and surrounding areas for field work Available to work weekends every other weekend Professional appearance/presence Preferred (but not required) Qualifications: Experience in a customer-facing role engaging directly with homeowners or consumers Compensation expectations align with average first-year earnings of $85,000–$150,000+ (uncapped commission) Paid training with structured mentorship and coaching Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training. *On average around $1400 a week total High earning potential with uncapped commission structure after training Performance-based advancement opportunities Flexible hybrid work environment Opportunity to transition into a full sales role within 90 days (or sooner based on performance) Insurance Options 401(k) Referral program
