About the Role


We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects and programs. This role is responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.


The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, third-party contractors, consultants, and business leaders to drive program success. The ideal candidate can translate organizational goals into actionable business requirements, develop execution strategies, and effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.


Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Acquire and manage project resources while coordinating efforts across team members, contractors, and consultants.
• Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
• Translate organizational vision and strategic goals into clear business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand priorities, goals, and program needs.
• Manage multiple complex projects and programs concurrently.
• Organize and lead matrixed teams to achieve program objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze and synthesize business and technical environments into actionable project strategies and execution plans.
• Establish and maintain communication processes to keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Develop trusted partnerships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Drive the successful execution and delivery of all program and project commitments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in program management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Work Location & Remote Work Expectations

• This position may be performed remotely, subject to business needs and ongoing review.
• The selected professional must be able to work onsite within a reasonable timeframe when required.
• Individuals working remotely must provide their own computer, monitor(s), internet connection, and telephone services.
• Availability during standard business hours via phone, email, and instant messaging is required.
• Secure access to organizational systems will be provided through VPN or similar technologies.
• No additional hardware or software will be provided for remote work.
• All approved remote work must be performed by the assigned resource within the United States.
• Remote work requires reliable access to high-speed internet, phone service, webcam, and microphone.
• Availability during standard business days and hours (Monday-Friday) is required, excluding recognized holidays and business closures
