Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and drive organizational change.
Position Details

Role: Program Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote with onsite days; required onsite onboarding in Hillsboro, OR)

Location: Hillsboro, OR (Local or willing to commute/relocate)

Commitment: ~30 hours/week

Interview Process: MS Teams (PST)
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead Change & UAT: Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a major IT system upgrade.
-
Project Governance: Maintain complex timelines, critical paths, risk logs, and decision tracking.
-
Resource & Capacity Tracking: Monitor team allocation and deliver biweekly status and capacity reports.
-
Vendor & Team Liaison: Coordinate effectively between technical teams, lab staff, and vendors.
Key Position Requirements
Primary Requirements:

Active PMP Certification (PMI required)
-
State Government IT project management experience
-
Office 365 proficiency & PMBOK methodology expertise
-
Strong hybrid/remote collaboration & communication skills
Preferred Experience:
-
Project Management or OCM experience in a Laboratory, Clinical Care, or Healthcare setting.
Education
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
