Primary Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Serve as the main customer liaison, lead handovers, kickoff meetings, and maintain project plans. Set milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria per contract requirements. Manage project scope, process change orders, and ensure proper approvals. Resource & Stakeholder Management Coordinate with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams. Oversee third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors. Keep leadership updated on project status, risks, and opportunities. Conduct site visits as needed. Knowledge & Skills Technical Expertise Strong understanding of electrical industrial systems, power electronics, and rotating machines integration. Proficiency with industry standards including NEMA, IEC, IEEE, and UL certifications. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and SAP experience preferred. PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise. Experience/Education 10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years dedicated to project management in the electrical or rotating equipment industries or large capital projects.
