Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative nursing care across the surgical continuum (preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative) to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively, maintain sterile technique, manage instrument counts, and assist the surgical team with positioning and equipment as needed.
- Document care accurately in the patient record and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
- Adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Ethics for Nursing, and evidence-based practice guidelines while supporting service excellence.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia.
- Perioperative/OR nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work Days, 8-hour shifts in an inpatient surgical environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
