They support these functions within an office setting, and the various tasks could include monitoring compliance workloads, analyzing data and utilizing reports, creating work orders, requesting permits, fielding calls from customers and field employees, and providing daily support to company and contracted field employees. The Operations Specialist will have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular area, while under minimal supervision, and relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.Job Responsibilities:Scheduling field crews for operationsInitiation and receipt of both customer and field employee callsCalling in JULIE locatesCreating work order packetsData entry, system updating (SharePoint), creation of permit requests, and other administrative tasksData collection from field activities, updating company systems, interfacing with company and contracted field employees, and other administrative tasksCollaborates with employees and supervisors to ensure the operational schedule has adequate coverageWorks across the company functionally to meet internal and external customer needs to help support field operationsPerforms a variety of tasks and assists shop management to complete multiple assignments, projects and campaignsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma, HSED, or GED5 + years standard computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)5 + years identifying and implementing solutions to problemsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience with SharePoint, Open-CIS, or PCAD DispatchExperience scheduling field crews1+ year of experience working in an office settingPay Range Minimum: $28.61 Pay Range Maximum: $42.92The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
