Job Description Job Description Benefits: Bonus based on performance Relocation bonus Signing bonus Position Title: LPN needed for our LTC Location: Meeker, CO 81641 Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible) Compensation Details: Gross Hourly Pay Rate (as per 36 hours weekly): $1584/ weekly Split OF $1584 will be as below: Taxable W2: $533/ Weekly Non- Taxable (Per Diem/Stipend): $1051/ weekly CERTS: ** MUST HAVE A CURRENT, UNRESTRICTED CO State License EXPERIENCE : LTC experience required MDS Experience preferred HOUSING: SHARED Housing Available * The housing is furnished and is within the city limits and includes WI-FI and cable. ** ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED** NO SMOKING.**
