As the Land Development Engineering lead for the Dallas‑Fort Worth (DFW) metro, you will build and sustain strong relationships with private developers, municipal partners, and key regional stakeholders across North Texas, while leading a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects. Occasional travel within the DFW region may be required for client meetings, site visits, or industry events. Work requires repetitive motion—picking, pinching, typing, and grasping often with fingers Must have visual acuity for viewing a computer screen, the ability to talk, hear, and sit for extended periods of time Must be able to carry, lift and push/pull up to 5 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally Ready to Lead With Us?
