In this role, youll be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping operations running efficiently, we want to hear from you!/ppWhat Youll Do/pulliPerforms manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as, filling, labeling, packing, blistering or closing containers./liliResponsible for minor adjustments, set-ups, changeovers, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines./liliValidates and organizes jobs in accordance with bill of materials and special work instructions based on current and future job orders./liliResponsible for conducting quality inspection of goods at the correct intervals, ensuring that product is packaged according to the work order./liliAbility to identify problems and assist in troubleshooting/training on the cardboard baler, plastic baler, carton erector, pallet jack, pick and place card/blister adjustments, taper/tape gun, and additional production equipment./liliAssists in training assigned full time/temp operators and assists other teams as needed./liliForklift experience required./liliPromotes and follows all Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality guidelines and procedures./li/ulpWhat You Bring/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED preferred/lili1-3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment; preferably automotive or bottling and packaging./liliMust be able to speak, understand, read, and write English./liliMust be able to perform simple math calculations./liliMust be computer literate./liliMust be certified to drive low-lift and sit down forklift./li/ulpWhy Permatex?
