Property Manager Assistant with Leasing Experience

Job Description

The Property Manager Assistant with rental experience supports the management of both residential and commercial properties within a small team environment. This role involves coordinating tenant communications, lease administration, maintenance efforts including emergency responses, and rent collection, accounts payable, ensuring smooth property operations and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage tenant communications promptly and professionally
Handle lease documentation and administration tasks
Process rental applications and screening
Coordinate regular and emergency maintenance with vendors
Collect rent payments and track delinquencies
Accounts Payable
Conduct property inspections to maintain standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in property management
Clean CDL and willing to do onsite inspections

Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent time management
