We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for residential and commercial assets. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented candidate who can balance tenant service, financial oversight, and building performance while protecting property value. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate leasing, maintenance, and compliance activities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the day-to-day management of assigned properties, ensuring smooth building operations across residential and commercial spaces.

• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, review financial performance, track variances, and take corrective steps to keep expenses aligned with plans.

• Support rent collection, payment processing, account reconciliation, and month-end financial activities with accuracy and timeliness.

• Address tenant concerns promptly, enforce occupancy standards, and maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.

• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor work to keep building systems functioning effectively and properties well maintained.

• Oversee leasing activity by assisting with lease documentation, renewals, and negotiations for new or existing tenants.

• Maintain site safety and security measures by working with service providers, upholding building procedures, and responding to urgent issues when needed.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including property-related documentation and operational requirements.

• 3-5 years of experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate properties.

• California Real Estate Salesperson License is required.

• Strong financial aptitude with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance review.

• Knowledge of month-end close activities, account reconciliation, ledger management, and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tenant and client relationships professionally.

• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail in handling operations, documentation, and multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with property management software is an advantage.
