Job PurposeThis role supports Honda Aircraft Company’s international sales activities by executing sales strategies, managing ASR/dealer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion in assigned regions while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.Key AccountabilitiesSupport execution of international sales plans for assigned regions, aligning with overall business objectives and targetsManage communication and relationships with international distributors (ASR/Dealers) to support sales pipeline development and deal executionMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support regional strategy developmentSupport and participate in customer engagements, demo tours, and industry events (airshows, trade shows)Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal, operations, aftersales) to ensure seamless customer experienceMaintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility to support management decision-makingProvide operational and administrative support for international sales activitiesQualifications, Experience, and SkillsMinimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related fieldMinimum Experience:8 years of experience in sales, marketing, CS, or related functionsExperience working with external entitiesExposure to distributor/dealer management or partner coordination preferredOther Job-Specific SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Aviation industry knowledge preferred but not requiredForeign language proficiency a plusDecisions ExpectedCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate sales and marketing executionEscalate risks and issues related to deals, customers, or partnersSupport the senior leadership team on interactions with internal and external stakeholdersWorking ConditionsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Daily/ Weekly Phone call schedule with various time zones (from USA west coast time zone to Japan time zone)International travels to ASR/ Dealer officesParticipation in airshows, demo tours, and customer engagementsJob SummaryJob number: 12467Profession: Sales & Marketing
