- Record gross revenue, taxes, and transportation deductions.
- Reconcile purchaser statements with production data to find volume variances.
- Prepare and file Texas severance tax reports.
- Maintain the revenue sub-ledger and assist with month-end close.
- Research and resolve owner inquiries regarding payment discrepancies.
- Assist with regulatory filings for state and federal agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Basic understanding of energy industry accounting standards.
- High accuracy with large datasets and complex calculations.
- Familiarity with O&G software like Enertia, WolfePak, or SAP.
