Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.What you’ll do:Support fund accounting & reporting across investment vehicles (US GAAP + partnership agreements)Maintain the general ledger and help streamline automated entriesPrepare capital allocation schedules, including complex incentive fee calcsSupport investor reporting, capital calls, and distributionsPartner with Treasury, Investor Relations, and Leadership on fund operationsAssist with financial statement prep and external audit supportWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred3+ years in private equity, leveraged finance, hedge funds, or public accounting (financial services)Advanced Excel skillsExperience with Workday, Access, Wall Street Office, or similar a plusComfortable using AI tools thoughtfully in daily work Excited to work in-office and help build a strong team culture
