- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- 2 years of experience as a Cardiac OR - Scrub/Circulate Registered Nurse (RN)
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS
- Telemetry experience required
- Must be able to scrub and circulate
- An active, current (NY) state license only
